I Have Heard

Some people have told me about my new-found fame. Well this is not the way I thought it would go.

A popular competitive eating web site has taken the photo below and concluded that I look like a top-ranked eater named Tim Janus who also goes by the name Eater X. Though I do share some similar facial features I think this is quite an unfair conclusion.

I suppose people will not stop thinking what they think until Mr. Janus and I are side-by-side in a photo. I look forward to that day.

It Was Good!

A select few people knew I was going to Acoma, New Mexico to take on the big boys at a posole eating contest. Well all I can say is I did really well! There were 18 men in the contest. I came in 2nd place. Beaten only by a punk guy with a mohawk. I cannot wait for my next one. Field hockey at school has prepared me mentally and physically to beat all the men. Take that, boys!
